Bath Instructions:
Prepare the Bath: You can put the seaweed in the mesh bag or just add it to bath without it Soak the seaweed, sea salt and lavender bag in a bath of hot water. Add cool water as needed to reach a comfortable bathing temperature.
Hydrate the Seaweed: Allow the seaweed to soak and rehydrate for at least 15 minutes. This process brings the seaweed back to life. Hot water helps release the nutrients of seaweed. You may also squeeze the seaweed to enhance your experience.
Bathing: It is important to keep in mind the seaweed can be slippery when rehydrated. Use caution when going in and out of the tub. Soak time 15 to 30 minutes.
Reusing Seaweed: For maximum value, our seaweed can be enjoyed two times within a 72-hour period. After your first bath, simply drain the water and hang the seaweed in the provided organic mesh bag (or place it in a container) to dry slightly. When you’re ready for your second relaxing seaweed soak, just re-infuse the seaweed in fresh warm water.
Sea Salt: The sea salt provided is for two baths. Use half now and half on the second bath.
Lavender: One bag per bath. Squeeze bag to enhance the lavender properties.
